Contemplation

This is just a drawing I did practising coloured pencil backgrounds and wings.It was done with pencil crayon, and finelind in ink.

Allanna, There is some magic in this. I must tell you that I find some things here just perfect. Again the hair is fantastic. The shading in the pants supurb, and the bottom of the pants where they are torn my eye is drawn here. I am not sure why? I think I will call you the master of dragon wings. Also I like the softness of the snow capped mountains. This warrior is in deep contemplation, me thinks... :))) Jeff from Ohio...

I did just about all of it in ink, except for the fine lining of the person, Thank you, I hate lifeless one-coloured hair, it is nice on some pictures, but I prefer it to have some life and detail!I was really proud of the shading on the pants, too,i managed ( I'm getting SO much better with pencil crayon, you wouldn't beleive it!) to get the hide skirt to look i like a hide. :] The reason they are torn is because this was a person who lives alone in the wild. So the bottom of the pants are torn, it adds more character, dont you think?Thank you, But I'm not the master of dragon wings! I still have alot to learn! I quite love the mountains myself....i think they are my favorite.
