In Search of the Yellow Elephant

A very small, acrylic painting. This was somewhat of a stream of consciousness piece as the complete composition wasn't figured out before the painting was started. The original has been sold, but very affordable prints are available from the artist- see the bottom of this page for details... Copyright 2001 Michael Phipps

What a great surrealistic painting this is... Tell me more about the title! --Wishing you a wonderful weekend! Love and Light~OLGA

Artist Reply: Thank you for your kind comment. In answer to your question: the title was chosen to make one think about the quest of the "wheeled skull" and whether or not he's close to his goal. If it makes you think more about the painting than it was a success!
