This was painted on a cold dark night on the anniversary of my mothers passing.

Some tears are bluer than others. This one is almost black. But the reason tears exist is to cleanse and they usually do on several levels. This one has roots that bleed out in all directions. I like the way you did the edges, as though just beyond the emotion, there is nothing, simply a void. Good work.
