It looks like his name should be Winston.

Artist Reply: This is either very weird, or you're "Anonymous" because you know me. There were two pups ... one was Oscar and his brother was Winston. They looked almost identical, so I only guessed this one was Oscar. It could have easily been Winston. This photo was taken in the mid-70s. So, who are you?
