I was laying flat on my back taking a picture of city hall from a unique position (my husband walked on the other side of the street, to avoid people knowing he was with me). And as I was trying to get a shot of the architecture, I spotted the "MOO". To this day, I don't know what that was about, but it drives me nuts, why would they hang a plastic cow out of City Hall. This is Kampen Netherlands, and I would love to know the real story. Actually when I aimed strait up, I was looking at the utter, and me me utter, I was in shock! As I yelled to my hubby, did they have to put the boobs on it too, it was a disgusting view, and I might be the only person to discover this delight from laying on the sidewalk. Oh yeah, this is Netherlands, so nothing disturbed them, they just went quietly and QUICKLY around me, :)
