It's very classical engraving work with the same level of details as the old English enrgavers that I love. A truly Beautiful piece carrying on a very traditional and I think sorely neglect technique.

i'm impressed with the detail. i do scratchboard and know how unforgiving it can be so i can well imagine what it's like to create this medium.
