Coverup-03

A coverup of this customers very first tattoo, a flaming guitar. I don't like to coverup with black and gray very often, but I felt a color tattoo in this case might would clash with the black and gray tattoo he already had below it. However, he'll definately need a touch up later as the inks settle in to his skin.

WONDERFUL ARTWORK. Great cover up, not often is the original so "gone" as in this. Truly a work to be proud of, for YOU and your customer! BRAVO!!

Artist Reply: If there's any one aspect of tattooing I'd like to specialize in, cover-up work is in the running. I take great strides to try to eliminate the original work, and in this case it'll take at least one touch up to make sure of it. If there's anyway to talk the customer out of it, I never cover up with tribal or solid black. Most people don't think past the black as to what they want on their body, instead of the offending tattoo. "Anything, so long as this is gone."
Artist Reply: And thanks so much for your comment :)
