Artist Reply: Hey, there, Natalie! Thanks for your comment. :) Well, that's quite a question you've asked there--I asked myself the same. He was literally going out on an 'op' in Afghanistan at that moment--and was looking out the window of his vehicle surveying for 'bad guys' on an ambush. So, I've pondered this very thought myself and found it such a profound expression. -Kerra
