Trepak

This piece is based on a Dance Macabre by M. Moussorgskij titled "Songs and Dances of Death". This is the third scene. A drunk peasant on his way home meets the Grim Ripper that lures him into a fatal dance. Trepak is the name of a russian dance. Pastels on black Fabriano pastel paper. Each scene is 30*40 cm.
