The Unbreakable Spirit

not all Angels are born in Heaven......some are torn from the earth" modelled by artist Socar Myles "In the distant past our ancestors would cast offerings of gold and silver into the lakes and rivers across much of the world giving thanks and respect to the water spirits who in turn nurtured the land. These days this respect and gratitude is all but gone apart for the wishing well fountains which are regarded by most as mere novelties of a more magical and far less cynical time. What is cast into the life giving waters today is far less appealing or respectful to our ladies of the lakes.....but I believe these unbreakable spirits are but sleeping, perhaps like the great King Arthur...waiting for a better day
