The ideal was to create a drawing using a few colours as possible , and still get as much out of it as I possible could. I choose my absolutely favourite colours .............RED, BLACK, WHITE........the colours of passion !!! Artists and their methods vary. But the one constant is the passion that drives them to create. The secret of this portrait is in its expression. Lost in thought. The eyes and the lips are the dominant features and convey a hypnotic sensuality. The use of red, which symbolises power, blood and death. A strong and mesmerising portrait! Brilliant!
