I really like this. The first Robocop is the best. Have to know though, because it reminds me of it, was this inspired by the McFarlane Toys figure? Cause the wall behind him reminds me of the base that comes with the figure. still awesome work!!!!

Artist Reply: Hey thanx man. Im a HUGE Robocop nut and this was actually for a contest on the www.Robocoparchive.com website. I DID use my Mcfarlane figure of Robocop, b/c even though all the comix I have the figure gave me the best accurate reference. As for the wall, no, no, that was totally out of my head. The base that comes with the Mcfarlane Robocop is just a platform with a trash can and bullet shells everywhere. But, the more I look at it, I could totally see it being a background for the figure. Thanx again. =jasn :D

Robocop's the man, J! Awesome work! I love the background work as well--with the OCP words sprayed over the wall! Very solid(and inspiring) work.
