he looks wired to me...or shocked... got an over dose of the lime light in his eyes. Very expressive cartoon. I feel like that at night when I think of the wars going on...murder, lies and crime. Can't shut my eyes cause" I read the News Today", ah huh. Insomnia like iron crowbars pries the lids of my eyes eternally open. "I read the news today, Oh Boy"!!! the words from a Beatles song...remember?
