I do hope you have a show - in a large gallery and that your work gets a lot of media exposure - this piece alone will make many people really think about what's happening in the cities and in their schools and maybe wake them up. Fantastic scratchboard by the way - my mother-in-law used this medium and I know it's not easy - bravo!

POWEERFUL STATEMENT...I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO SAY...YOU ARE A VERY PASSIONATE PERSON...I WISH WE COULD DO MORE FOR OUR YOUTH...DON'T KNOW WHY WE DON'T...AND THE THINGS THAT ARE OFFERED TO THEM THEY MUST BE WILLING TO ACCEPT AND LEARN FROM...SO MANY SEEM TO NOT WANT ANY HELP, THEY GET CAUGHT UP IN GANGS, DRUGS AND TRYING TO ESTABLISH THEIR OWN SELF IDENTITIES SOMETIMES AND BECOME BLINDED TO THOSE WHO DO TRY TO HELP...BUT MORE PROGRAMS AND IMAGES LIKE YOURS CAN HELP. WE SHOULD NEVER HAVE ENOUGH TO LOVE THE CHILDREN OR CARE FOR THEM. BRAVO FOR THIS GRIPPING IMAGE!!!
