Long time ago I was visiting the Island of Pag in Yugoslavia (at that time) There were many old women, all dressed in black. However on the photo my mother took I was the centerpoint at age 19, full of life and hapiness. I made a painting of it, but instead putting myself on canvas, I painted those old women in black, the way I saw it.
