Back in the late 90's I came into the possesion of a faded black and white print at work. This is one of two vehicles our facilty engineers maintained, including the technical manuals I drew for. After getting permission to play with it, I started tinting with colored pencils during lunch break as a welcome split from computer linework illustrating. Six years after leaving this facility, I received a scanned image of the artwork above in my email box and did a little polishing via Photoshop.
