Introducing Iren, the main antagonist for part one of Shifting Times. His presence doesn't settle well with Shinkir.

The Frineir (canine-based species) in general have a hard time pronouncing the long "EE" as well as "L" placed at the beginning of a word or syllable. Although in Common Tongue this wouldn't be an issue as the language is based on the sounds that are common among all the species and races, I decided to carry the accents that would appear were they speaking English. It definately makes writing for the characters a little more interesting.

Sketched on paper and then attacked in Painter 8 using inks and the Pastel tools.
