This is my latest piece, it has taken the best part of the month to draw and I drew it as an exercise in realism, I've never tried anything so detailed or shiney :) and I'm really pleased with how it turned out. I used a variety of pencils from 4H to 9B on A2 Bristol Board. Thanks for stopping by.

the best of your pencil works on here by far. the realism on the shorts and corset is truly excellent. the stockings might appear simple but they have been drawn so well that they are completely convincing. and the work on the fan is also excellent.bobby haynes 26 May 2008

Ruth, I have achieved this level of pencil drawing 25 years ago. I advise you this. the amount of energy it take to produce this kind of work is best spent on other artistic endevors. pencil drawings just don't value that of oil or scupture. you have an extraordinary gift.
