Hidden Lizard

As I was taking photos of a pond on my trip this summer, I heard a rustle in the smal palm behind me. I spotted the tail as it darted under so took a chance I could capture a shot of the lizard before it ran off. I got of a few shots, this one my favorite. One never knows what you might find when you have a camera at the ready. What a cutie!

Wow! that is really Neat!!! Excellent shot!!!

Artist Reply: Thanks Christine! I heard it move when I stooped down to take some flower shots. Glad it was a lizard and not a snake. (Have found those before.)

GORGEOUS TERRY I LOVE THESE LITTLE LIZARDS

Artist Reply: Thanks Loredana! These are cute ones. I have to be on the look out where I live for one called a Gila Monster. It's big, nasty tempered and does bite, like a pit bull. Also has venon. TOurist spot them and get bit each year out in Arizona and have to go to the hospital because they bit and wo't let go. You have to get them removed. Only saw one outside my proerty fence, and hope it stays there.

What a neat shot, Terry!!! Great job!!

Artist Reply: Thanks Patty! I'm glad it was a little lizard and not a snake. I spotted him in the gardens around a resteraunt I stopped at in Missouri.
