Elegant pink blossom rose closeup

A beautiful blossom that I found in my mother's garden this summer. Such a pink velevet, soft rose, it was fragrant and beautiful. This variety had large blossoms and many petals that bloomed wide and full.

A rose up close is often more beautiful as you can then take another look at the beauty of the petals - the teatures, the softness of the colors, the beauty that maybe overlooked , or from the overwhelming power of the whole flower when you look at it all at once. I like discovering the gorgeous beauty to be found at close up look.
