In Canada, more people die from Suicide than both car accidents and homicide combined. Yet, it is still severely stigmatized and taboo to even discuss. "Suicide Song" is for every single person who has died by suicide. May all their souls finally rest in peace. 40 x 30 on 1 and 3/4 deep gallery wrapped canvas.

INTERESTING WORK...INTERESTING WAY TO SHOW YOUR THOUGHTS...LIKE SO MANY THOUGHTS RISING TO THE SURFACE ...ACHING TO BE SEEN AND SHARED...WONDERFUL THEME...BLESS YOU MIGHTILY FOR IT...WHEN DISCUSSING EUPHENASIA IN ETHICS CLASS OUR TEACHER ASKED IF ANYONE EVER THOUGHT OF ENDING THEIR OWN GAME...EVERYONE RAISED THEIR HANDS...I DIDN'T...BECAUSE WELL...I DIDN'T WANT TO HAVE OTHERS KNOW WHAT I THOUGHT...BUT THIS THOUGHT SEEMS TO PASS THROUGH MANY MINDS...AT ONE TIME OR ANOTHER...EXCELLENT THEME TO ADDRESS AND COMTEMPLATE. VERY UNUSUAL...GREAT CREATION, BRANDI WILSON.Tracey Loftis 17 Jul 2006
