photo with which i added a blue fill and kept it as it is.for me it created a nostalgic feeling and my mind was flooded with scenes of 1920's and 1930's gangsters (capone, dillinger, ma barker and her boys and many others) they would use St. Paul as a "refuge" by paying the police to let them conduct there "business" with out interference from law enforcement.Many buildings have kept the bullet holes from Capone.

What a great angle. I love the combination of arched and rectangular windows. The crack on the side of the wall draws up upward. Wonderful shot!
