Compound Life. This is a typical compound (house) in the Gambia. The painting has been done from an original photograph taken by myself. The people shown are going about their daily lives. They collect water from their own well, which for many is a luxury. This painting is an oil original painted on daler board 12"x10", unframed at present. It is for sale at £135 ($249) plus post
