Sketches for training

© 2006 Armando Salas. ----- In the 70's, my father was very ill. More than one year in a private hospital (for safety), surgery... and a lot of huge bills. Then I had two little kids, a mortgage, a loan... I needed to earn more money and no chance to sell more cartoons/comics although I could produce them. And I decided to do new commercial things: entertainments, games, covers... These sketches are a part of my training with gouache. Of course, I achieved my target and I did TONS :-))) of entertainments, games and covers. Yes, I'm a VERY STUBBORN GUY! :-))) --- Images: gouache on paper; reference; photos from magazines.
