Definately abstract! Beautiful work! Frankly, I've always seen abstract art refered to as either, geometric, figurative, or non-objective. Yours falls somewhere between figurative and non-objective, and, it is wonderfully done!

And another beautiful bird painting Suze! (ARE YOU DUTCH?) TIP: It's NOT an abstract though, since I do recognize the toucan very cleary! Abstract art is defined as art that has no reference to any figurative reality.

Ja deze Toekan was wel duidelijk te herkennen hoewel niet door iedereen! Het is toch ook niet zuiver figuratief?Ik zou het abstraherend noemen.
