This is Ayame from the anime "Fruits Basket," which is one of my favorites. XD!!! He's drinking tea, and the person in front of him is his younger brother, Yuki, though he's not that visible. :)

Very classic style..not sure where i've seen the character before but well drawn..would be good to see more of the characters body though..appears to be hidden behind all the solid blacks..great job though
