Old red barn close up

This is a photo of a old red barn that has seen better days. In this close up shot, you can see better details of the vegetation, and wood of the barn. Taken by my husband Jeff to appease me on his trip.

This is so cool I love how it has been overgrown, old places like this have a real gothic feel to them, I really love these series of works Terry, they are very cool.

Artist Reply: Thanks Gavin. A creepy cool vibe with some of these kinds of works. This one would have had me exploring as a kid, made a great secret hangout. The building is overgrown, but it's still standing, defying the growth that is trying to consume it. My husband when traveling keeps a look out for such places, knowing how much I treasure such sights. Sending me photos like this are more appreciated than a bunch of flowers to me. LOL!

Artist Reply: LOL! He may retire in a few years and spend more time on this. He's always on the go. I do think he will take a camera with him more often now and take photos. I will be posting some of him in one of his hobbies soon. I don't go do it with him often any more, just can't go crawling in a cave for hours. This week end will post some caving photos.
