Legend states that the unicorn was typically white with cloven hooves, a goat's beard and a lion's tail. Their horns were varying colors, depending on the magic they supposedly possessed. My unicorn is a little different, because I based him on my horse I had growing up. His name was Rampage. At times I imagined him being a mythical beast, as a unicorn with very, very long hair, extra hair, almost feminine, and maintaining his beautiful coat color. In my mind he performed for the creatures of the woods. :) So, finally, after all these years of contemplation to paint him as I saw him, here it is.
