Lemon Blossom kalidiscope

This is a pretty manipulated image of my lemon tree blossoms. I used several programs and effects, filters, and tools to create this design.

I love this!

Artist Reply: Thanks Etty! I love how the colors are in lemon blossoms. They smell incredible! Reminds me of honeysuckle blossoms in scent. I was lucky to have a lemon tree at my current home to get the idea from. A nice little spring tribute design.

THIS IS JUST BEAUTIFUL THE COLORS THE DESIGN ALL SUPERB TERRY :)

Artist Reply: Thank you Loredana! I use combinations of kalidoscope effects, but need to add in elements one by one to create a better design. I also don't always want a perfectly mirrored design, as it can take away from the overall work. A little turn here or there lets your eye move around and notice sutile changes.

Tery this looks so festive its gorgeous!!!!!!

Artist Reply: Thank you Corry! I have a love for the citris blossoms, they are beautiful blooms that have a heavy scent. They remind me of honeysuckle almost. Luckily, I am not allergic to them. Mango blossoms, I am. So bad, I had to move from Hawaii after 2 years living there, before they bloomed again. I start itching just thinking of them passing the fruit ailse in the stores. LOL!

Gorgeous, Terry!!!

Artist Reply: Thank you Anne! I think I am transfering my silk floral arrangemnt skills into kalidiscope creations. I could do floral wreathes all day. Those are so fun for me.

Terry, these pieces you do make my eyes brim in memory of the lovely quilts and pieces of my Grandmother. I AM ENTHRALLED. miguel

Artist Reply: Thank you Miguel! I love quilts, but so far , not the skil to sit and do one. I like to make esigns for them, as well as stain glass patterns. I have over a hundred stain glass designs, and will probably start working on them in a year. I just haven't had the time, and space to do them. I am planning on in the future. I've a sister that may so the quilts for me that I design. I am also intereseted in the types of quilts now that you can use paint dyes like a watercolor, and paint it directly onthe fabric. They are beautiful. You paint the quilt instead of a canvas.
