One of our most common plants, and can also be used freely and safely (although I wouldnt suggest it unless you grew it yourself, not with all the pesticides etc.. these days). It is helpful to coughs and respiratory issues, especially of the nose and throat. Due to it's astringency it is also useful for diarrhea. All parts of this plant are used in herbal medicine.
