Rufous-sided(Eastern) Towhee

I went for a walk this morning and was gifted this shot and a chance to spend a long time in his presence, within 15 ft, as he did not fly away, I ended up walking away as he continued his mating singing. I noticed alot of these birds on our property this morning. So Neat!!!!
