Acrylic on canvas with oil pastels and sharpie. Another Xmas gift... this one for my amazing wonderful Robin. it's my take on a kind of modern Icon image. Lyrics behind her are The Beatles' Let it Be. aside from mentioning (his) mother mary, there are very "zen" ideas in the song. compassion, acceptance and so on. 15 inches by 30 inches. completed November 2005. copyright Jeff Ostrowski.
