I like the composition with the tool cutting obliquely into the series of cogs. The tool has the colors of the Indian flag and the worker appears to be adjusting the Asian Pacific region. India turning the economic world of the East, perhaps? The blue and green highlights on the red-orange cogs are a great touch as is the discreet red line on the blue overalls. Nice work.
