Here's are two views of the Painted Hills from the main viewpoint. At this time the sun had just slipped in behind a cloud. The landscape was still beautiful. Later when the sun came out this view was among the most incredible scenes I have ever seen. I shot nearly a roll with the film camera before taking out the digital camera.
