This is just a portrait of a character forming in my head. As the title says his name is Demitious. Please give me feedback about the skin tone: he is supposed to have an African-American type skintone, but I don't know if I got it right.

The eyes are great!! It's hard to tell about the skin tones because of the picture being so dark. Perhaps if the background was lighter would help.
