I picked some blossoms from my garden and created a still life floral from them. I enjoy gathering flowers, arranging them and saving the memory of a relaxing time, while creating new beaut from nature. I take photos for art, and also for my own stock images for other artwork, such as painting. This painting is a digital art painting created by using a Wacom art tablet w/wireless pen to my computer. Using Painter IX software, I chose the brushes (mostly airbrushes and pastels( and tools (blenders and water) to paint this from a blank canvas. While I look at a photo, the paintng is not a photo. I had to make brush storkes/pen/draw every part of this painting. Most of my gallery paintings are digital art paintings. If I use a photo and manipulate it with software tools, I post them as manipulated photo/ digital art paintings so that you can tell when I do that. I want visitors to see that you can do both types of works. You can create from a blank canvas (from scratch) wonderful art on the computer. I hope you like my work and thank you for visiting!
