This is Kyogre, the god of water from Pokemon Sapphire. I know I exaggerated on her tails a bit much, but I like it, so there.

I thought that Kyogre was definitely the most interesting of all the box cover pokemon (although Charizard will always have a place in my sketchbook) and you've done justice to it, making it look both powerful and elegant.Anonymous Guest 30 May 2003
