Forever Love (Aceo Collection)

Happy St Valentines Day to ALL !! :)
This is the first time i have uploaded ACEO artworks in my artwanted.com gallery-for those of you who may be unfamiliar with what ACEOS are they are basically original artworks and These cards have one main rule - they are 3.5 inches by 2.5 inches - the size of a trading card!!!!!!!!! They are small original artworks worked in different art mediums pencils, watercolor, acrylics For more information about ACEO'S please Click Here

Sometimes working smaller can be more challening and harder especially trying to include all the details but ACEOS can really become addictive as well...

All 3 aceos completed in mixed media ranging from acrylics, colored pencils, graphite, pastels, charcoal :)

From left to right: When i think of St Valentines Day or Love in general Romeo and Juliet always comes to mind and although they didn't make it their love did and it's forever.

The second aceo is based on a fairy in love and i wanted to capture through my pencils the look of love

A Mermaid's Love came out of an idea of a mermaid saving the love of her life of the dark deep waters but will her love be enough?

I know it sounds cheezy..lol but i like stuff like that and it's cool when i can bring that out on paper . :)

Happy Valentines Day to all of you 2006

Can't believe i've not commented on this one.....perhaps i am just a cold hearted soul :O lol. On a more serious note however, i've got to say, it's all very heartwarming, such nice warm colours. I can't believe how you can do this kind of work on something so small, but still, even at the smaller size, the quality of your work still remains. I love your little story behind the Mermaids love card. Let's hope he wakes up, for she's gorgeous lol :D.
