Got some new colored pencils... and guess what? They're smudge-able. heheh... What ya think?

I like that outfit, the falling pose and the sweet, sensitive expression. I also like the shading on this one, because there is some light and shine to it, but it isn't blinding. (Though I'm a huge fan of shiny anime, too... ) However, her neck looks just a bit too thick, and her legs look too long. A good rule of thumb is to make the character's legs take up half of the overall height.

Artist Reply: Thank you! Ah good point about the legs and what not. I've been working on it all. I also couldn't do the position I liked so - I went with what could do and well, it didn't turn out so good.Looking back at this picture I don't really like it at all. The feet are turned wrong, the hand too bluky, and as you said the neck and legs are all wrong. Thank you soo much for your helpful critique. I wish more people would be like you ^_~ This is not one of my best. DA has more that aren't as - well funkdified as this one. ^^;
