So cute and beautiful..i would like to tell U something,Emily...few nights ago,i had a dream about a bird in theses colours red and black...i remember only one picture from this dream...and it is thias bird,i never rally saw such bird in my life.
Artist Reply: I think your dream means that we share a psychic stream of art and that the bright red cardinal is flying through that stream for both of us. We both see beauty in his bright colors.
The cardinals are plentiful here in Delaware, and I am sorry you have never seen a real one. I have several photos of the female who is not quite so bright but even prettier I think than the male, which is why my paintings with her in the foreground and him in the background are called "feminist statements!"
