good overall compostiton. the capture of the heron was perfect in timing. I like the lighting that occured on the front of the bird. opinion only... i would have either liked to have seen more background above the bird to balance the image or crop up the bottom of the frame just a bit. the birds head feels a bit to close to the top of the frame.
