House On The Hill

From time to time the need to move in another direction hits us like an itch that needs scratching it must be done. This watercolour was a joy to undertake, please take the time to look at the detail, like the deckchair and easel on the veranda and the spade and scythe propped at the side of the house. Nice design, but needs soem wet in wet to soften it up

Artist Reply: Thanks for your comment Phil, but I dont like wet on wet it always seems accidental. Happy accident You know what I mean. Try as I have watercolour just lacks impact for me. BOLD STATEMENTS at the moment.
