Paper Model of

The 'Bell XP-77' development was initiated by the United States Army Air Corps during World War II to produce a simplified 'lightweight' fighter aircraft using so-called "non-strategic" materials. Despite being innovative, the diminutive prototype proved tricky to handle and the project was canceled when the XP-77 did not deliver its projected performance. It is sized at 1:48 from the original. It contains 97 parts. Took me two weeks to complete @ 9 hrs/day because it was one of my initial models. Its hardly 5 inch long and dats why it was the most difficult subject for me. Thanks for visiting and posting comments...do write ur email ID after ur comments Call me or email me if you want to buy / order any of my completely built models (Please be noted that the plans are not sold here).

All it needs is a plastic layer for glass..... Looks ALMOST real..

Artist Reply: Ya you are right, but a plastic canopy over this small cockpit will hide everything :)
Artist Reply: Thanks!
