Absolutely beautiful! I've tried and tried to paint Iris, they're my sister's favorite flower and wanted to do a painting for her - for the life of me I just can't do what you've done - bravo!
Artist Reply: Pat, thank you for so kind word. Irises are my favorite flowers. No other species (except for orchids) have such a braod variety of colors and shapes. I photograph irises, I paint them (when time permits), I grow them. They are definitely my all-timefavorites.
