The fact that you included the bright light reflection makes you a very observant artist in my opinion. Doing a submerged rock study is one thing, but to have the sense and talent to include the light, which actually obscures part of the study, means to me that you know what it's like to be there and see things, not just look at them. I can imagine wading into that water with bare feet and feeling the slipperiness of the rocks.
