Memories of Russia

This small and elegant wooden church is located on the shore of Onega Lake in Kareila. Its architecture is typical of Northern Russian churches. Waht is amsing about them, they are mane entirely of wood, without a single metal nail and they are several hundreeds year old and still in a good shape.
