This is a painting titled " Blue Iris Golden Butterflies". The painting features a beautiful blue iris surrounded by two golden butterflies. The flower and butterflies contrast nicely with the dark background. There is a large amount of detailing in this painting. Iridescent gold paint was used to add a little sparkle to the butterflies and iris. This piece was made with the use of acrylic paints on a 5" x 7" sheet of canvas. The painting is currently at auction on ebay.
