I really like this one. I find it very difficult to maintain this level of detail with pastel, but you are able to do it not just in this one, but every piece. KUDOS!
Artist Reply: I've been using them for many years now Olivia, so it's nowing my medim and practice. I twist and turn the pastel to keep at least one sharp edge, and if that fails I use pastel pencils for the details :)

Great skill Steph.. you have managed to capture the different textures between the butterfly, and the flowers pedals and leaves.. Excellent technique! Wonderfully handled! Beautiful scene you have created! A lovely contrasting of colours... FABULOUS work! :o)
