This was a very nice moment to capture this image. The contrast with the late evening light and the warm colours of the artificial lights works well. And the moody fog is a great touch. Was this photo hand held? There is a hint of blurring from camera shake. I like your choice of composition. In a way it is unconventional but the emphasis on the negative space and the deep evening colours makes it work. Well done.
