It's sad, the same thing also happened here in Mumbai just two months back, it was a horrible!!! Anyway this is beautiful and nicest way to express the happenings in New Orlean!!!!

I agree with you and the comments below mine. If you remember, last year(I think), there was a similar threat to New Orleans by hurricane. Not just the federal government,...but locally there should have been a mobilization effort made, after last years threat, to properly be prepared for such an emergency,...or as possible as they could have been. I believe last year was a warning. And then, we (America), were spared. God did not cause it,...but He can stop it. We, I feel, were warned to get prepared. I wish,...and can't wait for,...the day when hurricane's and death will be a thing of the past!!!! Not to preach,...but that day will start when the true Christ sets foot on the Mount of Olives at the true second advent. --very wonderfully thought out words and visual expression-- :O(
